Complete logs. Landing gear power pack completely rebuilt 200 hours ago. New CHT, EGT, fuel flow indicator! Paint job is a six... interior is a seven. A&P mechanic/IA lives locally and did a pre-by inspection of this aircraft and is willing to share it if anyone is interested in purchasing. He did the inspection for a previous purchaser that went in a different direction. landing gear has also had new switches and solenoid‘s. Aircraft needs nothing.

Selling to invest in a new helicopter. would consider a Cessna 172 as a partial trade just to have an extra Aircraft as a back up.
