It is a solid 1968 airplane with 3243 TTSN.

• Engine is 876 SMOH, prop is 227 SN.
• Airplane has dual G5 setup (no vacuum instruments nor pump); JPI 830 model engine monitor with CHT, EGT, pressures, fuel flow, etc.; PS Engineering audio panel; Garmin GPS175 GPS receiver; ICOM A220 COMM and older Bendix king COMM; Garmin GTX327 transponder; uAvionix ADSB Out tail beacon; autopilot (2 axis); AERA660 GPS.
• Exterior paint is in very good condition, no rust.
• Has brand new interior carpets and side panels, as well as new seat upholstery.
• Airplane is always hangered and never used for flight training except for my personal training.
• Overall, this is a VERY nice and clean airplane, which is flown regularly.
• The owner selling it because he got another airplane and don’t have space to store two.
