Solid, smooth-running Skyhawk with plenty of time left of the motor. ~300 hours the past year, and still flying so times will most likely change. Solid IFR (VOR w/ glideslope) plane with new interior, (seats, panels, carpet, headliner [not installed, but included]), 2 uAvionix AV-30’s, uAvionix ADS-B out (tail beacon), wingtip strobes, LED nav/tail/landing lights, STOL kit, climbing prop, wheel pants (not installed), 4 place intercom. Plane located at Boerne Stage (5C1), and commonly sees a density altitude ~4,000-4,500. On these summer days with full fuel and 2 guys will climb at 500fpm and will cruise at 105kts IAS @2,400rpm burning 6.5gph. Obviously, the numbers generally get better as it cools off in the winter.
